Tokenomics
As a sovereign Nominated Proof-of-Stake (NPoS) blockchain, Analog utilizes its native $ANLOG token (ticker: $ANLOG) for core functions: rewarding stakers, enabling ecosystem transactions, and covering network fees. See the Timepaper for more details on network mechanics and the Tokenomics Paper for an overview of the $ANLOG token’s economics.

Token Utility
The $ANLOG token powers the Analog ecosystem, enabling interoperability, security, and governance. Its core and extended utilities include:
Core Utilities
- Staking & Network Security:
- Node Operators (i.e., validators) stake $ANLOG to participate in the NPoS consensus, securing the Timechain.
- Nominators delegate $ANLOG to validators, earning a share of staking rewards.
- Slashing mechanisms penalize malicious actors, ensuring protocol integrity.
- Transaction Fees:
- All Timechain operations (transfers, staking, governance voting, etc.) require fees paid in $ANLOG.
- Protocol Fees:
- Used as collateral for dApps (e.g., Analog Watch).
- Cross-chain protocols (e.g., Analog GMP/Automation) may support native gas tokens for user flexibility while prioritizing $ANLOG for ecosystem alignment.
- Governance:
- Holders vote on protocol upgrades, treasury allocations, and ecosystem development.
Liquidity Provider Incentives
LPs holding $ANLOG tokens can access attractive incentives across various Analog products and services, balancing competitive returns with sustainable token economics. For example, LPs that provide liquidity for Zenswap earn fees and incentives from cross-chain swaps and optimizing low-slippage asset transfers.
$WANLOG
The $ANLOG token is interoperable, operating across multiple blockchains. On EVM chains (such as Ethereum), it utilizes the ERC-20 standard for $WANLOG. At TGE, a percentage of the $ANLOG's total token supply was minted on the Ethereum blockchain as $WANLOG.
As a holder of $WANLOG tokens, you can perform all standard actions associated with an ERC20 token, with the added capability of transferring your tokens across different EVM-based chains.
Key Features:
- Standard ERC20: You can
transfertokens to other users andapproveother smart contracts to spend tokens on your behalf. - Cross-Chain Transfers: You can seamlessly move your $WANLOG tokens from one supported blockchain to another.
Token Basics:
- Name: Wrapped Analog One Token
- Symbol:
$WANLOG - Decimals:
12 - Capped Supply: Set during initialization.

| Ticker | $ANLOG |

| Inflation model | Future rewards will be funded by inflation, projected at 1% to 4% annually. However, current validator rewards are funded by a 2% pre-allocation from the Future Initiatives Pool, not inflation. |

Distribution Framework (Genesis Block)
$ANLOG's total supply is fixed at 9,057,971,000. A percentage of this supply was minted at the mainnet launch (see current circulating supply here ), and the rest will be vested and distributed as follows.

Vesting Schedule
The vesting schedule is engineered to encourage long-term stability within the Analog ecosystem and commitment to the community. The graph below outlines the gradual release of ANLOG tokens to each stakeholder over time:

A key feature of this schedule is the implementation of a 9-month lock-up and 36-month vesting period for Team/Advisors. However, Community pool tokens (e.g., from Airdrop and Ecosystem & Growth) are unlocked immediately after the main-net launch. A percentage of these tokens (i.e., from the Community pool) will be immediately available for Analog Network launch and operations, with the remainder vesting over 48 months.
Importantly, all tokens, regardless of lock-up status, can be used for staking.
The table below provides a summary of the vesting schedule:
| Pool | % Supply | Schedule |
|---|---|---|
| Seed Round | 23.37 | 9 months lock-up with 27 months linear vesting. |
| Opportunistic #1 | 1.89 | 6 months lock-up with 24 months linear vesting. |
| Private Sale #1 | 10.10 | 6 months lock-up with 24 months linear vesting. |
| Opportunistic #2 | 0.47 | 6 months lock-up with 24 months linear vesting. |
| Opportunistic #3 | 0.59 | 6 months lock-up with 18 months linear vesting. |
| Opportunistic #4 | 0.49 | 3 months lock-up with 18 months linear vesting. |
| Strategic Round | 4.16 | 3 months lock-up with 18 months linear vesting. |
| Team/Advisors | 18.93 | 9 months lock-up with 36 months linear vesting. |
| Airdrop | 5.00 | 100% unlock at mainnet launch. |
| Future Initiatives | 20.00 | No lock-up with 48 months of linear unlock thereafter. |
| Ecosystem & Growth | 15.00 | No lock-up with 48 months of linear unlock thereafter. |
Note that the Airdrop, Future Initiatives, and Ecosystem & Growth pools are part of the Community pool, which forms 40% of the overall token supply.
