How to Use Mobile Wallets with Analog Watch

The majority of the mobile wallets are third-party solutions for the Substrate ecosystem. This page provides general instructions for setting up and using mobile wallets with Analog Watch.

Before Getting Started

Most mobile wallets are available for both Android and iOS devices. You can install these applications directly from the Google Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS-based wallets, which guarantees that you’re receiving the correct software. Visit Mobile Wallets to find the mobile wallets that support Analog Watch.

Getting Started

Follow these steps to use mobile wallets with Analog Watch:

  1. Install the wallet. Launch the Google Play Store or App Store and install the wallet on your device. Visit Mobile Wallets to learn more about the mobile wallets that support Analog Watch.
  2. Create or import the wallet. If this is the first time you’re installing the wallet, open the application and create a new wallet. You’ll need to create a master password and store the generated seed phrase in a safe location. You can also import the wallet if you’ve used the application before.
  3. Launch the wallet app and Analog Watch. Open the wallet app. Next, open your browser and point it to https://watch.testnet.analog.one/ .
  4. Connect the wallet. Locate the “Connect Wallet” link on the Analog Watch page and tap on it. Next, tap on the account you want to connect to. Then, enter your master password to connect the account.
  5. Generate the API keys. Upon successfully connecting the wallet, locate the “My Profile” link and tap on it. Under the API Keys tab, tap “Create New API Key.” Type in the name of the project you want to associate the API keys with and tap the “Next” button. You’ll need to sign off the message for the API keys to be generated. Acknowledge that you’ve saved the API keys in a secure location and tap on the “Done” button.
  6. Start deploying and exploring data. You can now start deploying Views and exploring the published data. For more details, check out “Deploying Views.”
